Quality management.
Product quality is a major objective of our company. This can be documented by the fact that in 1998 we achieved the certificate according to standards ISO 9002 and VDA 6.1. We managed to maintain the certificates in 2001.
In 2003 the company was certified in compliance with ISO/TS 16 949.
The company KASKO Ltd. implements quality control according to control sheets and control plans for individual goods and products.A flow index test is performed on the granulation products.
Equipment in the Quality and Environment Department:
- 3D-measuring machine
- profile-projector
- plastometer
- facilitations and measuring instruments for measuring of lengths and dimensions
- Spectrometer
PALSAT CAQ
The computer management of quality support – moduls of the system PALSTAT CAQ has been used during a quality control in the company Kasko.
This system allows an easy construct, control and routine usage of a quality control support informative system according to requests of all valid norms in given areas / see the scheme-will be delivered.
