Joint administrators have justified interest in processing contact information of suppliers and customers in order to carry out business negotiations, conclusion and subsequent implementation of a contract. It is a contractual requirement to provide data. Refusing to provide data can lead up to cancelling all business activities.
Personal data will be filed at the joint administrators after a termination of a contractual relation for no longer than 10 years, under the condition that VAT was being paid. Otherwise for no longer than 5 years, with the period beginning at the end of the last financial year to which they relate to. Orders will be filed for the period of 5 years from the termination of the contractual relation. Eventual project documentation executed during implementation of the contract will be filed for the period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relation.
You have a right to require access to your personal data from the joint administrators, its correction or erasure, eventually restriction of its processing, object against processing, as well as a right to data portability. You also have a right to file a complaint at a competent supervisory authority if you believe that personal data processing is in contrary to relevant legislation. The competent supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is The Office for Personal Data Protection, you have a right to ask an administrator for explanation and removal of a current state.
