As we grew in the field of plastic molding, our demands on tools and their optimization, construction and production increased. We did not want (and from our point of view, it was no longer possible to do this) with an external partner. We wanted (and still want) to be a reliable partner for our customers. In order to be able to ensure all this in the long term and with high quality, we decided to establish our own tool shop in 2005. Having your own tool shop within one complex together with a plastics press shop is a great advantage, especially in terms of the complexity and flexibility of the services we offer.
Our design engineers, who are our employees and work on the most modern stations and SW, have something to build on. We have already produced more than 800 molds. We also bring experience from this tradition to the solution of new forms. We use new trends and can even check them in our plastics press shop. This is an important circumstance in mold design.
After design, analysis and SW simulations, our programmers prepare programs for machining centers and technologists, based on documentation, optimize the entire production, including the final assembly. Toolmakers consist of the form itself and manually fine-tuning everything so it worked out. A professional team cooperates in the optimization loops that we implement in our press shop. Its members are the project manager, designer engineers, technologist and toolmaker. Together, they optimize the mold so that it is produced as soon as possible and optimally for pressing and transfer to series production. These optimization loops, which we implement "at home", are fast and thus shorten the project time. The resulting effect is reflected in the quality and speed of mold production.
Our tool shop is comprehensively equipped for the production of molds. Here, too, we rely on modern machines, automation, robotics and especially experts. Our regular employees operate CNC machines, plungers and wire cutters. In addition, we have "small tweaks" such as laser laser parts description…. We do this DIFFERENTLY
